Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at CTRL&HOME. We strive to deliver high-quality home goods and provide fair after-sales service for all customers across South Africa.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or full/partial refund within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your parcel under the following conditions:
  1. Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact;
  2. Products are not personalised/custom-made goods (custom items cannot be returned unless defective);
  3. Clear photos of damaged goods, defective parts or incorrect deliveries must be provided to our customer service first.

Items Not Eligible For Return:

  • Disposable party supplies, clearance sale final items;
  • Goods damaged due to improper use, accidental drops or self-modification;
  • Products returned beyond the 30-day window.

2. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via email: info@ctrlandhome.com, include your order number and return reason;
  2. Our team will review your application within 24 working hours and send a authorised return address;
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to our designated warehouse;
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs For Returns

  1. Our fault (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, damaged during transit): We cover all return shipping fees and reshipping costs;
  2. Customer-initiated return (change of mind, unsuitable size/style): The return delivery fee shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Refund Methods

All refunds will be issued via your original payment channel. Bank transfer delays caused by financial institutions are beyond our control. Partial refunds are available for slightly defective items if you wish to keep the product instead of returning it.

5. Damaged Goods On Arrival

If your package arrives broken, crushed or products are defective, please take photos of the outer package and damaged items immediately, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund without extra charges.

6. Policy Adjustment

We reserve the right to adjust this returns policy. Any modifications will be posted on our official website.
