Once you complete payment, your order is officially confirmed. We will arrange packaging and delivery promptly. If certain goods are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to choose waiting for restock or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver goods to all regions within South Africa. Estimated shipping time will be displayed before checkout. Delays caused by courier backlogs, bad weather or remote areas are not our liability, and we will track parcels actively for you.
